We Support These Important Causes
At Full Blast, we proudly stand by the causes we support: Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Autism Speaks, and Habitat for Humanity.
Our pride in the United States isn’t something we say for the sake of it. We stand by it, and we stand by all the people that make this country exceptional. We support these causes as together they embody what it is to be American. Humility, sacrifice, uplifting our neighbors, and coming together to enjoy life and the beautiful country we all call home.
Our lands have been looked after on the homefront through rigorous conservation efforts made by preservation groups Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever. Both organizations lead the way in education, advocacy, and determination for future generations to explore the outdoors.
Autism Speaks creates pathways for children and adults throughout the spectrum and provides them the support, skills, and medical interventions to reach their full potential in life. For more than three decades, Habitat for Humanity has been changing the lives of families through affordable housing, disaster relief, and more.
Ducks Unlimited
In the 1930s, extreme drought led to the era most well known as the Dust Bowl. Several years in, by 1937, a group of sportsmen felt a call to say “enough” to the destruction of wildlife habitats, crops, livestock, and all-around devastation. Thus, now, the world’s largest private nonprofit, Ducks Unlimited was born, bearing the mission for conserving, restoring, and maintaining North America’s wetlands and its waterfowl. Since their start, the mission has not and will not change.
Over the last eight decades, the organization has been actively involved in conserving over 14 million acres of waterfowl habitats in North America. Ducks Unlimited believes that opportunities for involvement are an essential part of conservation advocacy. Numerous programs, memberships, volunteer opportunities, and resources are readily available nationwide. The Ducks Unlimited National Headquarters is located in Memphis, Tennessee, with four regional offices throughout the country, each branching off into field offices and local chapters.
Pheasants Forever
After recognizing the loss of upland habitats and the decline in pheasants and quail, a group of hunters created the Pheasants Forever nonprofit in 1982 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Pheasants Forever quickly championed the reputation for being “The Habitat Organization.” Their mission focuses on pheasant, quail, their habitat, and surrounding wildlife conservation. Pheasants Forever believe that public education, access, and conservation advocacy are crucial to achieving progress in their efforts. The organization has a solid federal conservation framework, such as the Conservation Reserve Program and the Conservation Title of the Farm Bill.
Pheasants Forever employ more than 100 biologists to carry out its many programs and education resources. In the past few decades, they have mentored over 200,000 youth, improved upon over 19 million acres of valuable land, and continue to encourage a legacy that can be passed down through generations.
Autism Speaks
Autism Spectrum Disorder is believed to affect around 1 in 54 children in the United States. Autism Speaks is devoted to supporting individuals with autism and their families and being a leading advocate for public education, a source of reliable information, and life-enhancing breakthrough research.
Since its founding in 2005, Autism Speaks has created one of the world’s largest genomic databases, raised over $9 million in autism-related grants and scholarships, and developed the Autism Treatment Network with eleven top medical centers.
Autism Speaks provides ample resources in education for those newly diagnosed, parents, educators, and local medical providers. They aid in connecting you with local communities and support and opportunities to get involved in your area.
Habitat For Humanity
Clarence Jordan and Millard, and Linda Fuller began brainstorming about “partnership housing” in the early 1970s in Americus, Georgia. By 1976 they had developed a house building program in the Democratic Republic of Congo, officially establishing the Habitat for Humanity. Today, the organization’s reach spans all 50 states of the US and over seventy countries worldwide, continuing the founding mission to give everyone a home.
Habitat for Humanity works in numerous ways to create affordable housing for families in need. Home renovations and repairs are popular amongst urban areas as well as new construction. Habitat for Humanity is equipped to handle the various needs of rebuilding after natural disasters through its Disaster Response program and will partner with other organizations to create innovative financial solutions for families in countries outside of the United States. The organization believes in homeowners’ involvement throughout the process and encourages local volunteers to join in on the fun.
